Sometimes when you’re having the worst day, where nothing is quite going quite your way, you have to grab the biggest skirt you own and play dress up. Lately I’ve been feeling so overwhelmed with things at work, the approaching holidays, Matthew’s shoulder surgery next week, and it’s been getting to me. I felt kinda down over the weekend, mainly from stress, but honestly putting this skirt on made me happy. So happy in fact that I broke out in song and dance at the end. Maybe that was due to my extreme tiredness, but I like to think it was the skirt talkin! A big, poufy skirt can’t help but make me smile!

Chicwish is doing it again with their amazing skirt collection! I love how expensive this black one feels. It’s big but still super comfortable to walk in. Thinking I might need to get another color for a New Years Party, or our annual Christmas Eve Eve!
