Two On-Trend Details for Spring - M Loves M

Is it terrible that I just want to fast forward through the next few months to spring? As much as I’ve been loving this rain I’m getting so excited for warmer weather, late night sunsets, and a little bit of a tan! This floral blouse is so pretty and has two on-trend details for spring: it’s off-the-shoulder and has bell sleeves! Sometimes I hear about the trends and I’m like “Uh no.” Case in point: those furry loafers. I just can’t get behind those! I just can’t. But these two trends I’m totally on board with. Both are feminine and totally accessible. Plus my mom wouldn’t roll her eyes at either. At least I don’t think she would!

I don’t normally style my hair straight but sometimes it’s just easiest.

I hope you all have been having a great week! I’m still in a bit of a sugar coma over here after Matthew and I had a chocolate chip cookie throwdown on Valentine’s Day. I went and got some of our favorites around town and we warmed them up and put them to the test! My winner was the New York Times recipe, but everyone is telling me I need to try the one from America’s Test Kitchen. I’m so on it, you guys. Don’t you worry! Matthew’s favorite was what he expected: The Cookie from Bristol Farms {just read these reviews!}. It was ooey gooey deliciousness! Definitely a first choice if you don’t have the time or patience for the NYT recipe!
