I’m a huge fan of overalls, especially in the summer months. Overalls are the perfect one and done outfit, and I’m thinking they’re perfect for moms too because of all the pockets! Pockets are crucial for me these days. I thought I’d share how to style one pair of overalls, dressed up and down. I love a good casual overall look, but I also love how they look for a night out. Here is how I’d style them:
One Pair of Overalls, Dressed Up and Down
DRESSED DOWN
Dressed down overalls is one of my go-to looks! I love pairing them with a shirt and a pair of sneakers. To elevate my casual look just a tad, I decided to add a top with some pretty details. The sleeves on this one are so gorgeous! I also threw on my favorite layering piece right now: this long linen cardigan. It goes with so much and just gives my outfits a little something extra. There are a bunch of color options, but I couldn’t resist the pink.
Tip: size down in the sweater! For shoes, I added these beyond comfy woven mule slides. I love this style for a casual shoe option, plus the easy on/easy off aspect is always so appealing!

DRESSED UP
Dressing up overalls is super on-trend. You get this casual, “I didn’t try so hard” look, but you still look really chic. I love how cute off the shoulder tops look with overalls so I decided to wear this white lace one. I love this top because it can be worn casually too. If you’re on vacation and want to bring an outfit for day to night, this could be it. Just swap the shoes and you’ll be good to go. I wore a pair of classic nude heels, but you could definitely wear a statement pair. After we shot these photos, I was like darn I could have worn a leopard pair of sandal heels! Wouldn’t those look so great with this outfit?
