This weekend kicks off music festival season in California with Coachella. I’m going for the weekend and I’m getting so excited! I partnered with Revolve Clothing for People StyleWatch‘s new website The Outfit and styled three festival looks to get you through the busy weekend. I wanted to share the looks here as well, in case you’re looking for any festival inspiration this spring or summer.
This first look is this white lace romper. It’s an easy outfit {one piece and you’re done}, and it can easily be dressed up or down. This romper would be a perfect choice for festival days spent dancing around with your girls, or paired with sandal heels for an evening event. The crochet detail and bell-sleeves are totally speaking to my inner boho child!

The best part about a music festival is, well, the music! You’re there to hear bands that you love and discover some new ones as well. One of my favorite things about SXSW was discovering  up-and-coming artists, so that’s one thing I’m really looking forward to this weekend. A jeans look is always a good idea, especially since the weather can be unpredictable. I’ve heard about years at Coachella when it rained and there were major dirt storms…yikes! You’ll be comfortable in a pair of distressed denim, though, and I like how the chain detailing gives a little edge. For a boho touch, try pairing the jeans with an embroidered blouse and a floppy hat!

So many fun parties and events happen during the festival days, and of course in the evenings and at night! I like to make party outfits a little more polished so I would choose a midi skirt like this lace one. The length is super flattering but the slip is short so it’s not too Granny-ish! It would be a great pick for transitioning into cooler desert evenings. Since the skirt is high-waisted I paired it with a crop top in a soft blush color. I usually don’t like crop tops but I was drawn to this one. The little peek-a-boo of skin makes the look a little more youthful and fun!
