printed kaleidoscope dress with kimono cardigan

Happy first day of summer everyone! This printed kaleidoscope dress seemed appropriate for today’s post. {P.S. it comes in a gorgeous blue color too!}. The dress is colorful with the pinks, oranges and greens and, for some reason, it makes me think of traveling somewhere equally colorful, like Palm Springs or Mexico. Maybe I just have vacation style on the brain though! This dress is very bump-friendly {I just had to size up}, and I loved it with this boho fringe kimono cardigan. The kimono is under $100 and it looks so cute with jeans as well! It’s the perfect lightweight outerwear for summer!

Hope you all had a wonderful weekend! I came back from Carmel on Saturday and took it easy that night. Matthew and I grilled outside and watched 13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi. Oh my goodness we loved it! It was a really suspenseful movie {I couldn’t even sit down during certain scenes} but we thoroughly enjoyed it. I have so much respect for all those fighting for our country and those living abroad in war-torn countries.

Yesterday we celebrated Father’s Day with my Dad in Venice by walking around Abbot Kinney and finishing with a yummy dinner at Gjelina. It was so fun, although hot hot hot! We definitely got a bit of a heat wave this weekend!

Have a great Monday everyone!
