Iced Mint Coffee inspired by Philz Coffee

  • 2 cups brewed Coffee
  • 1 Tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint leaves


  1. Prepare coffee according to your liking. If you like French Press coffee, you can make it the night before by steeping the coffee grounds in cold water and leaving it in the fridge. Otherwise, allow coffee to cool to room temperature.
  2. Add ½ tablespoon brown sugar to each cup along with about 10-20 mint leaves. Muddle slightly to allow flavors to release. Add ice and pour coffee over. Drizzle in as much heavy cream as you like. I add about 1 Tablespoon to mine. Stir and top with mint leaf garnish. Can add more sugar, or more cream, if necessary. Enjoy!
