One of my favorite parts of the weekend is Saturday morning. They just feel absolutely amazing, especially after a crazy busy week. It’s a time to allow yourself to relax a little bit and do the things you’ve been wanting to do Monday through Friday. Matthew and I usually wake up, make a quick breakfast at home and then go out for coffee. When we were dating our coffee dates were a major highlight. We always went to Peet’s and got “The Perfect Drink,” which was basically a vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso. It’s our favorite, hence the name!

When we go for our coffee runs I love to be as comfortable as possible. Since it’s been a lot colder these days I’ve been bundling up in sweaters, coats and of course my UGG boots! I’ve been an UGG fan since back in the day, and year long I live in their Alena slippers whenever I’m at home {they’re on my feet as I write this post even!}. My collection includes the Classic Boot in chestnut, both tall and short, but this year I was so excited about their new Classic Slim Collection. The style has a sleekness to it, but it’s as comfortable as can be. I love the classic chestnut color but I felt like this gray boot would be a more versatile option! I know it will go with so much and I could even wear it with a dress and tights!
