As we transition from winter to spring, with much excitement might I add, I start to pick up pieces that will do double duty. This outfit features two pieces for early and late spring- a knit sweater and a sleeveless vest. {But really the jeans and shoes will work too!} I’m always looking for sweaters that can keep me warm on a breezy day, but also be light enough to pair with shorts. I love cozy knits no matter the season, and since they’re harder to incorporate during the summer, I make sure to wear them as often as I can during spring. Another versatile item I’ve loved has been the sleeveless jacket. It’s one of my favorite styling pieces since it gives a little more visual interest to an outfit. Jeans and a tee? Throw on a sleeveless vest and suddenly you’ve upped your game! It looks great styled here with a long sleeved sweater, but you better believe I’ll be pairing it with spring dresses in a few weeks! Wouldn’t it look great paired with this slip dress? Or this flowy one? It’s like the spring version of this vest, don’t you think?
