Happy Sunday friends! I hope you’ve been having a great first weekend of July! This week I’m challenging myself {and you!} to drink apple cider vinegar. Drinking apple cider vinegar has become a trend in the health community as a great way to detox your body and speed up your metabolism. Some people are saying apple cider vinegar is more beneficial than water! Today I’m going to show you three ways to kickstart your morning with apple cider vinegar for the Wellness Challenge No. 13.

Drink Apple Cider Vinegar every day
Here are three easy combinations for apple cider vinegar drinks. For all, you’re going to want to start with a cup of water and add a 1-2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar.
First, is the most simple and easiest: ACV (1.5-2 Tablespoons) + water (8 oz) + lemon (2 Tablespoons) + honey (1.5-1 Tablespoon)
The second, a sweet citrus flavor for the start of your morning: ACV (1.5-2 Tablespoons) + water (8 oz) + orange (2 Tablespoons) + ginger (1/2-1 tsp ginger)
Lastly, for those of you who love a spicy kick: ACV + water + ginger (1/2-1 tsp ginger) + cayenne (pinch)
Apple cider vinegar is said to boost your metabolism, jumpstart weight loss, improve your skin, alleviate allergies and cure a headache, cold or flu. Sounds great right?! I’m going to try this out this week to see how I feel. Let me know if you’ll be joining in!
