This is another cake that I made years ago and just had to bake again! I had made it at the end of summer 2006 before I went back up to school. I remember that is was huge and delicious and I was so sad I wasn’t able to have leftovers since my flight back was the next day {my brother rubbed it in my face!}. So each summer I’ve had this craving for it and last week I decided it was high time for some re-baking! The recipe is from Emily Luchetti’s A Passion for Desserts. You can see the recipe here if you don’t want to buy the book {although I strongly recommend all her desserts!}. It’s a great way to take advantage of the fresh summer berries!
