at work: Playing Dress Up with Ruche!

One fun thing about my job is coming up with cool, different features for the site. Since it’s the holidays we thought it would be fun to show how you can incorporate accessories into multiple outfits. So if you don’t have money to buy a whole new winter wardrobe, you can at least look to these 10 pieces to transform an outfit. When Ruche asked me to model this feature, though, as well as style it, I can’t exactly say I jumped up and down. You see, while I do take photos for my blog all the time, there is something so different about standing in front of a white background with a stable camera. And playing model, changing poses every 5 seconds, doesn’t come that naturally to me. Also Matthew wasn’t there! So I was a little bit nervous. But luckily I work with the coolest and sweetest people who made me feel so natural in front of the camera. It was a weird experience styling myself and modeling for the shoot but it was a lot fun!
