While we were in Paso Robles we went to dinner at Artisan one night. It’s probably
the best restaurant in the Central Coast, and also one of my favorites! The food is
fresh and sourced locally, and every dish I’ve had is better than the next. It’s
a nice restaurant- a little pricey but always worth it. I took Matthew here for
his birthday last year and this year we came again to celebrate Matthew’s
birthday with my Mom and Dad. I think this is becoming a tradition! A very, very delicious one!
