I love shirtdress styles because they work for both casual and dressed up settings. This one in particular, with it’s leather-like trim, transitions perfectly. I decided to keep this outfit simple by just focusing on the colors of the dress. I love emerald, black, and gold together!

I can hardly believe that it’s Memorial Day weekend. I always think of it as the unofficial start to Summer. I’m hoping the weather will be nice enough for a beach day, and of course I think some bbq-ing is a must! What are your plans for the long weekend?
