Getting dressed for work during the summer can sometimes be a bit of a hassle, especially when it’s super warm out. My office’s thermostat can be a little unpredictable so there are definitely some days where I’m bundled up and others where I wish I was in shorts and a tank top! Lately though I’ve been loving wearing these black trouser pants. They’re comfy and stylish, yet still professional. I love the lace detail on this peplum blouse and a cardigan or blazer is perfect to throw on if it gets a little too chilly {or if you want to look extra professional for a business meeting}. Wedges are good for the office, especially in this comfortable height. I love the neutral with silver!

Matthew and I went down to San Diego to see his family this weekend and we had a blast. I’m a little bummed though because I started getting a sore throat on Saturday morning and it’s so much worse now. I’m worried I’m getting sick and that cannot happen!! Need to take my Vitamin C today!
