I pretty much live in buns. They’re the easiest hairstyle for me to do, so when I decided to chop 6 inches of hair off this past March, being able to still do a bun was an ultimate requirement. Since I throw my hair up into a top knot at least 3 times a week, I’ve been on the hunt to find a way of making it a little more unique. Wrapping a few tiny braids around a bun seemed like it would be the perfect polished update. I used Goody hair elastics to complete this look since I’ve been a devoted fan of theirs since I discovered the ouchless variety. Best.invention.ever! This is my new go-to hairstyle for a rushed morning where I only have 5 minutes to get ready before leaving for work. If you buy U by Kotex at Target you’ll receive FREE Goody Hair Elastics. Text “KOTEX” to “TARGET” (827438) to get the coupon. Just look for the tampons/pads in the litte black box. Here are the 5 easy steps to complete my updated bun hairstyle:
Step 1: Put hair
in a high ponytail and secure with hair elastic.
