Now that it’s officially November {gosh, can you believe that?!}, I have holidays on the brain. This is my favorite time of year because it’s all about family, lots of food, and a combination of comfortable and glitzy clothing. I’m a firm believer that glitter and sequins aren’t just for the holidays, but I especially love them during these months. I was doing some online shopping this week and it seemed like everything I was putting in my cart had glitter or sequins on it, so I decided to do a roundup of my favorites. While I’m excited about sequin dresses {like this one and this one!}, I’m really excited to subtly add sparkle to more casual outfits. I love the idea of pairing this peplum top with a pair of distressed jeans and casual flats. Even in all solids, I think these sunglasses would stand out, or the pop of nail polish would be the perfect touch in this unexpected blue. Also, let’s just talk about this glitter watch for a second. It’s so cute and it even comes with an extra strap! {I’ve obviously already talked that baby onto my Christmas list!}

Are you doing anything fun this weekend? I don’t think Matthew and I have any plans which is really nice! I’m hoping this will be our weekend for a bike ride and maybe I’ll bake a pie. It was on my list all summer so I told myself I had to for fall. Yesterday I went to Urth Caffe in Beverly Hills and I swear every table was ordering pumpkin pie. I just wanted to steal a bite, so maybe that’s the one I’ll make! It will be good practice for Thanksgiving! Have a good one everyone!
