I really can’t resist a black and white outfit. Whether in solids, or mixed prints, I think black and white is always a good combo! {It seems to be my go-to when I can’t make anything else work!} I paired this rugby striped blouse, that has the cutest pop of pink on the inside of the collar, with a full circle skirt in a subtle geometric print. The good thing with black and white is you can choose any color as the accent color, whether it’s with your shoes, purse, or accessories. I seem to always go in for the red {my gold!}. It’s such a beautiful color and it always makes me happy! I guess there’s a reason why my kitchen’s accent color is red too!

Did you all have a nice weekend? I didn’t get to go on that bike ride I talked about, or bake the pumpkin pie, but I did make 2 other pumpkin-y things! I made pancakes and homemade pumpkin cupcakes! While you might think this would have satisfied my pumpkin craving, I only want more! Monday, I think you might need a pumpkin spice latte!
