I wore this fur collar last week for Christmas and while I love how it fancied up a dress, I wanted to wear it a little more casually as well. I loved the idea of pinning it to this navy blazer and wearing it with a pair of jeans. Navy and burgundy is one of my favorite combos, especially this time of year. I feel like they perfectly compliment each other! Burgundy is a great way to ease out of the holiday red, but still feel festive! Let’s face it, we need to celebrate for as long as we can. And until that tree is down it’s still holiday season around here!

Who’s happy it’s Friday? Weeks like this are always a little confusing; yesterday I thought for sure it was Monday, but anything that gets us a little closer to the weekend is always a good thing! I’m hoping to rest up a bit since I’ve been fighting a little cold/a very annoying cough, and Sunday will be fun with my calligraphy class! Woo hoo! I’m excited!
