This outfit is a little mix of dressed up and dressed down. Anytime I wear a midi skirt I feel like such a fancy lady but I decided to make it a little more appropriate for everyday with a striped top. I threw on these black and white heels to echo the combo in the top and added a bright yellow clutch for a little more color. Yellow always makes me feel a little happier, too!

This weekend was such a fun whirlwind! Matthew and I went down to San Diego on Friday to celebrate his sister Rachel’s wedding weekend. She made the most beautiful bride. I think this is only the third wedding we’ve been to after our own, and I still tear up every time. Weddings are such beautiful occasions and it’s such an honor to be a part of a day the couple will remember for the rest of our lives. And I’m not gonna lie, kinda makes me want to have another wedding. To Matthew of course! Maybe at 10 years we’ll renew our vows. Any excuse for a pretty white dress and a party with cake! I hope you all had a wonderful weekend too! Can you believe it’s the last week of July?! Summer, slow down pretty please!
