I rarely meet a dress silhouette I don’t like, although body-con styles aren’t my first, second or third choice. One cut that I go back to quite often though is the classic fit and flare style. Fit and flare is such a flattering cut especially if you’re curvier on bottom. I love that the style emphasizes your waist in a polished and feminine way. For a weekend afternoon this dress was perfect with a crossbody bucket bag and some comfy wedges.

Sorry about the technical difficulties yesterday! I hope you didn’t mind my little random post. I was planning on doing something else but my desktop computer was having some issues. I actually haven’t turned it back on yet because I’m a little nervous so I’m working off my laptop. I’ll turn it on later today and cross my fingers!
Hooray for Friday! What are you all up to this weekend? We’re going to have some birthday fun for Matthew. His special day is next week but it’s never too early to start celebrating!
