As part of my Back to Class collaboration with DSW you’ve seen me style running shoes, ankle boots, and now the classic..sneakers! Every girl needs a pair of sneakers, and a pair of white Converse in particular. This shoe is a must have and whether you’re headed back to school or back to life, you can always find a way to work it into your wardrobe. While I usually reserve jeans, tee and sneaker combos for the weekend, I wanted to show how you could also fit this into a midweek outfit and not have it scream Friday casual. Dark black jeans are more polished than the typical blues and with accessories like a bold printed scarf, and a structured bag, the sneakers provide a good contrast. This is a comfortable outfit that still feels stylish and put together.
top GAP, jeans James Jeans {also here. The Twiggy Dancer style that is soo comfy!}, scarf Cynthia Vincent, shoes Converse via DSW, bag c/o Coach, watch Daniel Wellington {use code mlovesm for 15% off all products through August!}, bracelet Ily Couture, ring Capwell Co, sunglasses Karen Walker Super Super Strength
