While I love classic fall colors, I love wearing ones that are a little unexpected for the season. Pale blue isn’t a color that would make you typically think of autumn, yet take this top and skirt set in a houndstooth print, throw on a pale gray trench coat, add some navy and black booties, and it kinda works! The matchy matchy look is one of my favorites so when I saw this set on Chicwish I had to get it! Wearing a top and bottom in the same print makes a strong statement, but I like how the sheer sleeves break it up a bit, while still highlighting the houndstooth design. Houndstooth is a great fall print, don’t you think? Also, side note, the color pale blue always makes me think of Cinderella? Is that weird? I hope there are some other Disney fans out there who feel the same!
