Happy Friday everyone! I’m writing this post from my hotel room in Dallas, while I’m watching some TV. I don’t have TV at home {just Netflix and Hulu} so whenever I’m in a hotel I love seeing the shows I don’t usually get to watch. So I’m ready for lots of late nights with Food Network and HGTV haha!
One thing I noticed as soon as I landed in Dallas was how put together all the girls were. Dallas girls are so polished. They put my casual LA looks to shame! I love a peplum top because it’s feminine and put-together, but looks great with a pair of classic denim. I’d dress this outfit up, though, with some pink suede shoes! I love these pumps so much. I have them in mint {worn here} and they’re such a classic. I feel like I want to start a collection with all the colors..is that crazy?
Packing for Dallas took me so long and one thing I had trouble with was planning which purses to bring. I’m realizing how much I need a versatile bag that will go with everything, like this cream tote with the brown tassel detail. It would be great to carry on the plane too!
