They say the years pass quickly, and it’s totally true. Matthew and I celebrated four years of marriage yesterday and our wedding day seems like it wasn’t too long ago. Maybe two years ago, but not four! We decided to make a trip up to San Francisco to celebrate, and I’m so glad we did. Matthew and I met and spent the majority of of our dating years in the Bay Area, so any trip we make up here always feels extra special. I feel like it ends up being a major food tour, too. Don’t judge me, but we’re planning on three lunches today. Yes, three! We are thinking about getting tacos from one of our favorite spots, then this salt & pepper calamari from our favorite Chinese restaurant, and finishing it off with a slice of pizza from Cheeseboard. Are we crazy? Probably! Food is my favorite part of traveling though, especially when it’s from places we love and don’t get to visit as often as we’d like.
