I love a hearty oatmeal in the wintertime, but come summertime I am all about the smoothies! I love drinking a smoothie throughout the morning. It offers protein from the yogurt, along with healthy servings of fruit to start your day. Plus, it’s sweet and refreshing! When Matthew and I were in Palm Springs the other month we were eating acai bowls every day of our trip because it was so hot outside. It made me think that I should make a smoothie bowl out of my favorite smoothie combination: strawberry, banana and peach! This is a super tasty smoothie bowl, slightly thicker than a typical smoothie drink, and it’s made me even more delicious with some granola on top! I promise it will totally make your morning!

Have you ever tried a smoothie bowl? What do you think? It’s a little thicker than a smoothie drink because you use a little less liquid, so I easily devour it with a spoon!
Are you team straw or team spoon? Don’t worry, you can be both like me!
