When I used to be a buyer, I’d love when I’d find new and emerging brands. I’d buy the items for our store and would be so happy when they’d sell out and we’d reorder. It was especially exciting when these small, independent brands would be picked up my major department stores and soon become household names. To be able to see that progression is really inspiring! Some of the things I’d look out for with these brands would obviously be aesthetic; whether or not the styles would resonate with our customers, as well as quality and price point. You can tell when something is well-made, and when it isn’t, and usually that’s the difference between getting and missing a sale.
Similarly, through blogging, I’ve been introduced to some incredible brands and companies. It was about a year ago when I first learned of eight fifteen, a shoe brand created by one of my favorites, Seychelles. I’ve loved Seychelles since I started my blog {remember these posts?} The aesthetic was feminine and classic, but never sacrificed comfort. When Seychelles told me about how they were looking to bring a fashion-forward luxury shoe brand to the market, but with quality and comfort I was really excited. They asked me to partner with them as their brand ambassador which seemed like such a good fit, as well as an incredible honor. In this post I’m featuring three eight fifteen shoes I wore comfortably during the holidays, day and night! From a pair of stylish gold loafers, to heeled ankle booties, to chic strappy heels, these three shoes are my favorites from the new collection! I’d love to hear what you think!
