Living on the casual coast I’m a sucker for denim, especially chambray! This chambray shirtdress is such a cute piece that I couldn’t resist getting, even though it is still winter. I wore it with this long brown cardigan {last worn with jeans, heels and feathers!}, but I’m already dreaming of wearing it on warm spring days. Hopefully with a bit more of a tan!

How was your weekend everyone? Matthew and I headed down to San Diego to celebrate our brother-in-law’s 40th birthday. It was fiesta-themed with tacos, margaritas, and the best desserts including churro cupcakes, cactus-shaped cookies, and strawberry margarita bars! I feel like I had two tacos too many but they were just so good! San Diego tacos are seriously the best. Even in LA we can’t find ones quite as good! I don’t know why, but it makes for another good reason to head down south.
