White jeans are a summer staple but I haven’t been wearing them that often this year. I think it’s the the heat of summer paired with pregnancy, but I’d much rather be in dresses. The other week it wasn’t as hot though so I pulled out this pair that’s maternity-friendly with a side panel. {There’s also this style that non-pregger girls can wear} White jeans always look so great with blues and I’ve been obsessed with this floral off-the-shoulder top {I wore it on Instagram here!} The print is so pretty and I love the ruffled detail. The top is also long enough that you can wear the sleeves up on top of the shoulders. Yay for versatility!

I hope you all had a great weekend! We tried to stick to our baby prep as much as possible with a lactation class on Saturday and some cleaning on Sunday. We need to empty everything out of the what will be the nursery and paint the room. Hoping that will happen in the next few weeks. For some reason we’ve been having a hard time locking in a painter, though. One told us they couldn’t do it until November! Can you believe that?! It’s such a small room too! I would do it if I could but paint fumes are kind of a no-no during pregnancy, and Matthew has terrible shoulders {remember when he had to get shoulder surgery the other year?}. So we’re still on the hunt but I’m sure we’ll find someone that can do it. The sooner that room is painted we can start getting it all together though. I can’t wait!
