What’s your biggest beauty weakness? For me, that’s without a question lipstick! It’s the item that I can’t leave home without and it just makes me feel more “me.” I have a lipstick collection that is just slightly absurd, but somehow I find a way to justify each and every one of them. Watching my mom put on lipsticks when I was younger, and secretly playing with her collection, definitely got me hooked. There’s just something so feminine about a colored lip, especially in the fall and winter months. During the fall I love wearing darker, bold lipsticks, as you might have guessed! Today I’m playing with some new fun colors, some light and others dark. If you’re looking to update your beauty look this season, here are four fall lipsticks to try!
The Lancôme Juicy Shaker in Berry in Love is the lightest lip color of them all and perfect if you just want to add a hint of color. This is a really interesting product because you shake the bottle up and then apply with a soft cushion application tip. This is technically a lip oil and it gives you both color and a little shine. Non-sticky shine I should add too because if you’re like me sticky shine is the worst! The lip oil is super soft and hydrating so it feels more like a lip balm. I find myself constantly reaching for this in my bag, especially because it smells so good!!
This Charlotte Tilbury Matte Revolution Very Victoria is a gorgeous deep nude shade. It was actually inspired by Victoria Beckham. So Posh! I love Charlotte Tilbury’s lipsticks because I feel like she thinks of everything as a makeup artist. The square angled tip mimics the shape of a lip brush so you can get more of a precise application, there are 3D glowing pigments that allow you lips to appear wider and more full, and the oil and wax combination gives you a long-lasting shade. Plus, the packaging is gorgeous! If you just want to get a lipstick for the pretty tube, get this one!
I can’t forget a red in here! This Givenchy Grenat Initie is such a gorgeous deep red shade! I love the texture. It glides right on and keeps my lips feeling soft! This is a color I plan to wear a ton these next few months!
I’ve become obsessed with liquid lipsticks and this one from Smashbox is no exception! Smashbox Always on Liquid Lipstick Girl Gang is a vampy plum color that’s ideal in fall. {You can see how I wore it with this olive green dress and suede jacket} This isn’t one of those kiss-off liquid lipsticks, but it does last all day long. I only have to reapply a little bit after I eat.

Ok, so tell me, what’s your biggest beauty weakness? I feel like my girlfriends are either mascara, blush or lipstick addicts. I think bronzer might be a second favorite for me, though. I only use a little bit but it makes me look so much healthier!
