The holidays are over and I’m back to my lighter colors. As much as I love deep, winter, hues, I’m much more drawn to this neutral color palette. Maybe because I know in Southern California I can make use of these pieces a lot longer than the jewel tones.
I’ve been wanting a new pair of distressed jeans and I was so excited to find these for such a good price. Distressed jeans are the funniest trend. I love them but I do find it amusing how we pay for jeans that have holes and rips in them. My grandmother would be appalled I’m sure! She’d be like, “I hope you got those jeans for 50% off!” I felt good about this pair though because they were so affordable {under $100!}. But we all know this trend isn’t going anywhere anytime soon!
How fun is this embroidered clutch?! It’s such a great piece for a tropical vacation!

jacket . sweater . jeans {under $70! fit: they run large so definitely order 1 size down. I didn’t do that but wish I had} . sandals . scarf . clutch . sunglasses . watch . ring . lipstick in Rose
A tip on the distressed jeans is that they run a little large. I would definitely recommend sizing down if you get them. I didn’t but wish that I had. I love the jeans paired with this beige sweater and this cozy pink tassel scarf! And because I’m wearing these comfy mules, it’s a great casual outfit that still looks put together!
Happy Tuesday everyone! Hope your week is off to a great start!
