Cozy Fall Decor Styles
Last year we had a crazy hot fall. We basically had a long summer and then jumped straight into one of our coldest winters that I can remember. Sadly, fall was skipped right over! But I think we’ll have better luck in OC this year. Even though it’s still warm during the day we’ve been having nice cool mornings and evenings, which is making me really want to refresh our home with some cozy fall decor!
We can’t talk about cozy fall decor without loading up on plush blankets and pillows! I was torn between this velvet pillow in burnt orange or sage green, but I feel either works for fall. Or it would be cute to mix both colors together! And have you ever seen a more luxuriously soft looking blanket?! Luckily this blanket is made of faux fur because fur is a big no-no in our house!
I always like to refresh our greenery each season, even if the plants are fake lol! Augustine actually picked out this pretty yellow faux flower arrangement and I have to say, he has good taste already! And I thought this wreath would be perfect for either fall or spring thanks to it’s muted colors! I feel like wreathes are such a fun finishing touch on a home. Of course I can’t wait until we can pick up a pine one for the holidays! This pumpkin garland is super cute too for decorating a fireplace! Last year I used a holly garland and a cotton garland to decorate for the holidays? Which style do you prefer?
It’s a no-brainer to add a few cute pumpkin inspired items! If you have more subtle style, I think these pumpkin glasses are so pretty and could be used year-round. But for a more obvious look, this cute set of eight fabric pumpkins is only $7 and can be scattered around the house!
While a robe may not technically count as home decor, I want to embrace being home in the fall and dress cozy too! A soft robe, delicious smelling candle, and a good cup of tea in a cute mug all seem like fall home necessities to me! And for the nights I’m home doing laundry, this laundry bag would make the job much chicer!
