I have been going back and forth between getting a pair of white loafers or not and I am so glad I finally went for it. I am in love with this beautiful pair from Sarah Flint and seriously could not be more excited to share them with you! They truly are such a timeless style. Fun fact: loafers were invented in the 1930’s and have remained in fashion ever since! They can be paired with so many different outfits and worn in a variety of ways. Here are three ways I’m wearing mine:
The first way to style white loafers is with a classic pair of jeans. I love the way lighter wash jeans look with a pair of simple white loafers- so sleek! You can then pair with any top you’d like, from a plain white tank to one with spring florals, like this one here. It really is such an easy but put-together look.
Another one of my favorite ways to style white loafers is with my favorite spring dress. Throwing on a light dress and slipping on those loafers is the easiest and comfiest outfit! I think these shoes look amazing with light floral patterns, like this floral dress! Or this one I wore recently that is beyond flattering. I also love how they look when paired with a chic slip skirt. Slip skirts and loafers are such big trends right now and of course they look amazing together!!
If you’re looking for a way to dress up denim shorts, I think loafers are such a fun way to do just that. I love the contrast between beachy and preppy. These denim shorts provide a bit more coverage which I think helps dress up the look too, as does a pretty floral blouse!
