I love making oatmeal during the winter but now that it’s starting to warm up, overnight oats are the next best thing! What I love most about overnight oats is how easy they are to prepare. The oats take less than 20 minutes to assemble, and then they just sit in the fridge overnight. In the morning you can add whichever toppings you like and go! The portable containers make it especially easy to travel with. Today I’m sharing a recipe for my favorite Overnight Oats- Three Ways!

My Mornings with Baby Boy
I’m going to be honest with you all, I am not a morning person! Try as I might, I just can’t do it. This little guy’s early 6am (and sometimes 5am) wake up calls make it so tough for me. I rely on a good breakfast and a big cup of coffee! Oatmeal is my go-to in the mornings because it’s nutritious and filling and it also can be made really easily. I make oatmeal for Augustine too! Today I’m sharing my mornings with baby boy, plus my trick on making sure I get a good breakfast in my tummy as fast as possible!
