I’ve gotten a few questions lately about my postpartum workout and nutrition plan so I thought this would be a good blog post to share with you all. I am NOT a fitness expert by any means, and I’m not even in a place where I feel like I can say I’m “back” to how I was pre-baby. Side note: That’s not even a goal of mine. Right now I am on a fitness journey, one that I wasn’t expecting and one that I’ll hopefully be on for awhile. I’m also sharing 4 tips that have helped me the most in sticking to a regular workout routine. I hope today’s post inspires some of you to be more active and take care of these bodies that we’ve been blessed with!
One of my goals this year is to document more. Life happens way too quickly and before we know it, it will be December and I’ll be over here scratching my head trying to remember it all {like I did when I wrote this post lol!}. I thought sharing Monthly Recaps would be a nice way to share photos I might not have posted on social media, and give you details on recipes, products and other things I tried and liked this month. I’m planning to share some resources for my local SoCal girls – restaurants we tried, beaches we visited, etc. I’m also sharing some weekend sales below so make sure to check it out!
If you would have told me the Superbowl was this Sunday I wouldn’t have believed you. You see, I’m not the biggest football fan. I’ll watch a game but I don’t go crazy over the sport. If I go to a Superbowl party, I’m usually there for the snacks. Anyone else the same way?? To celebrate the Superbowl this weekend, and also help me stick with some cleaner eating post game day, I put together a yummy superfood bowl!
