It’s been awhile since I shared an edit with you all and I couldn’t think of a better time with spring right around the corner! The weather was absolutely incredible yesterday, high 70’s with a little breeze. Matthew and I took Augustine for a walk and loved how the sun was up a little later. With the time change happening this weekend, we’ll be having even more sunshine, too! I’m really excited about spring clothes because last year

I’m really excited about spring clothes because last year my bump was just a tad limiting. So looking forward to wearing fit and flare dresses, high-waisted denim, and one-piece bathing suits!

The weather is finally {finally!} starting to cool off around here! I hope I didn’t jinx it. I’m so excited though! October is one of my favorite months because fall is in full gear. I’m ready to do away with my summer clothes and embrace all the autumn colors. Here is what I’ve had my eye on this month!

The one thing my wardrobe has been seriously needing is a pair of brown boots. I had a pair that I wore for years and after a botched trip to the shoe repair store I had to throw them away. I saw these brown suede boots and love the other-the-knee style. They would look so cute with jeans or dresses!

Another shoe I have my eye on are these velvet flats! The slingback style is so pretty and retro. These are shoes that would look so cute worn casually but would be perfect to dress up. I really really want these!

I think we can all agree that the plaid blanket scarf isn’t going anywhere anytime soon. I styled mine with an olive dress and suede jacket. These types of scarves are so cozy and they make any outfit look fall appropriate!

Finally, how pretty is this tulle-hem top? Ah I love it! It also comes in gray although I love the navy. It’s such a lovely piece!

Gosh I still can’t get over the fact that it’s September! We’re definitely on baby time right now so I hardly know what day of the week it is. I can’t wait to share more of Augustine’s birth story with you all, but one thing that I just can’t get over post-delivery is what happens with your body. It’s definitely not that glamorous {ahem the never-ending period!}, but it’s really incredible how your stomach starts to shrink down. While I still look about 5 months pregnant, I am getting incredibly excited to wear normal clothes again.

This September Edit was fun to put together because it includes some items I haven’t been able to wear in months, like a button-up blouse and a pretty wrap skirt. Also, fall shoes are where it’s at and these sandal booties are the cutest! I love the neutral color. It’s the perfect shoe for late summer and early fall weather. Then there are these over the knee boots in a pretty brown color. They are such a fall classic! I’d wear them with this gray ruffle dress and a cozy scarf!

I’m also looking forward to putting together some fall beauty looks. The latest Essie collection is so good with the prettiest antique pink, but also this stunning plum color in Kimono Over. I’ve had lighter colors on my nails for awhile now so I can’t wait to wear something a little darker and more bold.

I’ve been wearing my glasses nonstop these days because I barely have time to wash my face, let alone put on contacts, so I got major heart eyes when I saw these pink tortoise glasses. Are they so pretty?! I can’t wait to try them on!
