It feels like it’s the full-on holidays now! While I think the best part of the holidays is spending time with family, and being thankful for what we have, it is nice to do a little shopping, especially when you can get things on sale. I’m sharing some of the biggest Cyber Monday sales that stood out to me most, as well as some favorite items. And of course I have to tell you what I’m shopping from the Cyber Monday Sales! I tried not to go overboard but it’s really the perfect opportunity to shop when the prices are so low!

As I think I’ve mentioned before, I love wearing neutrals, especially in the fall. This neutral-based outfit is kind of casual but with a few dressier notes such as these mule heels and the suede moto jacket. Speaking of suede moto jackets, this is hands down the item in my wardrobe that gets the most compliments. It’s so chic and insanely versatile. I can’t get enough, so that’s why I’m sharing some other favorites with you today that won’t break the bank! It’s a piece that you’ll constantly reach for in your closet!

A Day Trip to Catalina

One of the best kept secrets of Southern California is that we have a little island just an hour away! Catalina Island is one of my favorite spots and it’s hard to believe I only visited for the first time a few years ago. I love that whenever I’m there, I always feel like I’m somewhere remote. The small island town of Avalon has a calming and laid-back character and it’s one of those places you just can’t wait to get back to.

When Vineyard Vines asked me if I wanted to spend the day on Catalina with a few other bloggers, I jumped at the chance. Besides the obvious {island!}, I was also looking forward to going because Vineyard Vines is a brand I’ve watched grow over the past few years. I remember going to a blog conference and seeing their cute samples. Even then, I knew they’d be sold all over the place. Read on to see my day trip to Catalina.
