I had to share some of the amazing President’s Day Sales that are going on! If you haven’t shopped them already, you better! I’ve already added this pair of jeans to my cart {they look so flattering right?}, this gorgeous blouse {perfect for work or play!}, and this wallet {I’ve been desperately needing a new one and the price is too good!}.
It’s always a little sad over here, once the holidays are over. We’re left with January days that are chilly and gray, and missing that holiday sparkle. To keep me going, I look forward to spring! Since we’re not quite in spring weather yet, though, I’ve been stocking up on new items that will work well in these colder months, but also transition well once the weather warms up. I had a hay day at my favorite store the other day because they’ve had such good sales going on. And if there’s one thing I can’t pass up, it’s a good sale!
My closet needs more dresses like this one! It’s striped which I love, but it’s also made out of the softest jersey material. It’s the perfect lounge-at-home dress, that can also be worn out. I was wearing this dress over the weekend with this long maxi cardigan and ankle booties. I got these black ankle booties last fall but I still wear them all the time. They’re still available, and on sale too, if you’re interested!
One of my style challenges this year is to break out of my comfort zone a bit and that means wearing more hats. I have a ton of hats for a girl who rarely wears them, so I’m trying to add them to more outfits. How do you feel about hats? Do you ever feel awkward in them like I do? Hoping that will change the more I wear them!
