Who else is looking ahead when it comes to shopping right now? As sad as it will be to put away my summery dresses I am excited for fall clothes! Since we’re not quite there yet, I put together a Friday Five that includes pieces that will help in the transitional weeks. 
This OLIVE TANK will keep you cool during a sunny day, but it will also be perfect for layering with a chunky cardigan come fall. 
For those of you not ready to give up your white nail polish, try swapping it for this SANDY POLISH instead. The beige color is pretty and flattering. Plus the name is Sand Tropez, so it will help you think of a tropical location!
My favorite autumn color is mustard yellow so this TASSEL CLUTCH immediately stood out to me! It’s perfect for the essentials!
I love the draping on this PLAID MIDI SKIRT. I’d wear it with a lightweight chambray top and a pair of cognac booties!
These LACE-UP SANDALS are super cute. The thick stacked heel makes it comfortable for walking around and the cut-out details are a fun detail. Shoes like these are a must-have until the weather forces me into closed-toe booties.

Happy Friday everyone! This week I’ve been crushing on the following:
WHITE TORTOISE SUNGLASSES. I’m a sucker for tortoise and white tortoise glasses are high on my list. I love this eyewear brand, too. The styles are always so chic and classic.
I told you I’m dreaming of getting away so this PARIS TEE is pretty perfect! It’s a little encouragement for fall travel!
How pretty is this YELLOW SKIRT? You should definitely get it before it’s sold out, or get it in the white color! I love the texture.
WHITE SANDALS make such a statement. I think these would go with everything, and they’d make my legs look extra tan!
I have this CROSSBODY BAG in yellow and love it so I’m thinking the brown would be another great color to get. It’s such a great price and I like that it’s an easy bag to grab and go. When I’m running quick errands, or taking Ginger on a walk, I don’t want to be lugging around a big, bulky bag.

There aint no Friday like a summer Friday! Did you know that a lot of people that work in PR and the publishing industry get to leave early on Fridays during the summertime? It’s an amazing little thing called Summer Fridays. I’m just going to be over here slightly jealous that we don’t get that perk. I feel like if the work is done on a Friday around 2pm, why not leave and start your weekend early? Quality of life would sky rocket. Am I right? 
Since I’m already in weekend mode thanks to a fun Catalina getaway I thought this striped dress and denim jacket outfit would be perfect for today. This is an uber casual look, thanks to the sneakers, but one that I wear quite a bit! Sometimes it’s just best to be comfortable! You could easily swap the Converse for wedges if you want to dress the outfit up a bit too!
