Just because summer style is casual doesn’t mean it has to be boring! I love pairing prints together, and summertime is the perfect opportunity to give your outfits a little extra pizzaz! A STRIPED BUTTON-UP SHIRT is classic and preppy, and will work with so many outfits, yet paired with PALM PRINT SHORTS, it’s slightly more fun and vacation-ready! I like that the two prints are different, yet complimentary, in a blue color scheme.
Black and brown sunglasses are always a classic, but these RETRO SUNGLASSES stand out so much more in this teal green and gray combo!
You can’t go wrong with classic ESPADRILLE WEDGES and I love the updated look of these ones with the triple straps. They’ll make your legs look about a mile long!
Summer heat doesn’t always mesh that well with makeup. I’ve been looking for products that are a little more long-wearing, and I can’t wait to put this 12 HOUR BLUSH in warm peach to the test for a long summer day and night!

Father’s Day is coming right on up so I put together this gift guide with help from some of my favorite guys! I love so many of these items and think they’d be perfect gift ideas for any Dad. My Dad enjoys grilling and using different sauces, so I think he’d really love trying these different BBQ sauces from across the United States. Also, this Hunter, Gather, Cook book is perfect for the outdoorsman who can appreciate where food comes from. If you have a dad who likes to camp, hike, fish, hunt, and gather, he’ll love trying recipes from this book! If your dad loves coffee you should definitely get him a Bialetti. A Bialetti is a classic Italian espresso maker, so it has a fun, old-school quality to it. It gives a strong, rich and smooth quality to the coffee that’s really delicious. Matthew has been obsessed with our Bialetti and has made it almost every day this week!
Do you know what you’re getting for your dad this year?
I’m always looking for ideas because men can be so hard to shop for. Girls are a lot easier, in my opinion!

This SLEEVELESS SHEATH DRESS is so pretty! The vermillion red would look gorgeous on pale or tanned skin, although I’m hoping mine ends up with a little more color this summer. I’d pair it with a BROWN PANAMA HAT to make the look a little more casual, and also to give my face a little sun protection. 
Speaking of sun protection, I’ve been searching for some new makeup for summer and I’ve heard a lot about this SPF FOUNDATION. I love products that do double duty, and make my routine a little more simple. 
I always have that one shoe of summer that I use and abuse. This LACE-UP SANDAL seems like it could be that one for me. It’s casual, but still stylish, and I think it’s versatile enough to go with multiple outfits, making it perfect for summer travels!
I tried on this SATIN LIP PENCIL in Lodhi and it’s a gorgeous coral color. It would be so pretty for a day by the water, with a margarita in hand! That’s my plan this weekend by the way! Fingers crossed that it happens.
