I wore this outfit on Valentine’s Day and styled it almost completely around this pair of shoes with the heart on top! It was the perfect starting off point. I like that the hearts are subtle but still noticeable, if that makes sense. Also, take note because rose gold is the new nude! It’s an easy change for me since I usually gravitate towards gold. I cleaned out my jewelry drawer over the weekend and found so many of my favorite pieces that I don’t wear anymore. I had silver pieces hidden waaay beneath the gold and rose gold even deeper than that. I definitely need to do some healthy rotating!

Since Matthew was basically gone on Valentine’s Day we decided to postone a nice dinner and opt for a casual belated dinner of noodles and soup on Saturday night. We don’t usually do anything too fancy for Valentine’s Day, mainly because our dating anniversary has always been so close behind. Right now we’re kind of in save mode and we’re hoping to plan a fun trip together this year or next {one that doesn’t include work!}. That would be the best gift ever!!
