peach and raspberry crisp

Another thing I loved about 4th of July last week was that I had the opportunity to do a lot of cooking and baking. My parents have some close family friends in town, so I thought it would be the perfect opportunity to make a larger dessert for our Sunday dinner. Peaches and raspberries are two of my favorite fruits to enjoy during the summertime, so I was excited to finally make this recipe from Ina Garten. The only thing I might do next time is use a bit less topping {maybe just 1/2?} so there’s more of a fruit presence. That might just be my personal preference though! Overall, it was soo delicious and even with the large party I’m still enjoying seconds! If you need a classic crisp recipe, I’d hands down recommend this one!
