raspberry crumble bars

I love a good dessert bar recipe! My best friend’s mom used to make them all the time during high school and now they are my coffee shop indulgences. These raspberry crumble bars are perfectly salty sweet with a shortbread crust and rich raspberry jam. The addition of granola and almonds on top gives the perfect amount of texture and crunch. The recipe is pretty simple so I know it will be a repeat over here. Ina, you’ve done it yet again! 

I feel like there are so many of Ina Garten’s recipes that I’ve made and loved. Do any of you have a favorite recipe of hers that you routinely make? If I haven’t tried it yet, I’ll add it to my list!
