March was a busy month but it also felt long. Matthew and I started the month by traveling up to the Bay Area for wedding, and we finished the month bawling our eyes out {ok, just me} at the series finale of How I Met Your Mother. I do not handle endings very well. Brings me back to the agony of other finales like Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Friends, Gossip Girl, LOST, Dexter and even the season 1 finale of The OC. Yep, that was even painful. I just get too attached haha! Here are some highlights from the third month of 2014:
- Matthew and I rented a cute black VW Bug when we were up the in the Bay Area.
- Our Ginger girl celebrated her 4th birthday! Where has the time gone?! {photos from Ginger’s first week with us!}
- We made some plans for our backyard. We definitely need more grass for G, and hopefully a little herb garden for us!
- I did a shoot wearing a stunning Carven dress, Derek Lam heels, and a Celine bag. I was in a fashion girl heaven!
- Lightened my hair a little bit for spring!
- Checked out FishBar in Manhattan Beach with some friends that were visiting in town.
- Matthew got all handy with our place. I mentioned this on Instagram but this Trophy Husband shirt is his favorite to wear when he’s doing house work haha! {the shirt is from Old Navy but sadly they’re sold out}
- My parents surprised us with a Nespresso machine for our Housewarming gift. So sweet!! Get ready for more latte photos!
- Suited up in this little number {coming to the blog soon!} and reminisced over our favorite HIMYM scenes.
