Why do the summer months pass by so quickly?! It seemed like July was here and gone in a flash, although in some ways it did seem like a long month. It started with a trip to Cambria at the beginning of the month and ended with a wedding! Here are some of my highlights from the seventh month of 2014:
- Ginger looks so fluffy here waiting patiently for Matthew to get back in the car. Her eyes didn’t leave the spot where she saw him last. Soon after this she got her summer cut!
- Celebrated the 4th of July in our new neighborhood! Started the day with a patriotic breakfast, then went to the beach for a few hours and then came back to a huge party on our street. We had friends over, bbq’ed and watched the fireworks show in our front yard. It was amazing!
- Celebrated Matthew’s birthday!! Love that husband of mine more and move each year!
- Got my makeup done at Blushington before Ruche‘s 6th Birthday Party in Orange County!
- Spent an afternoon and evening on the Queen Mary in Long Beach. Such a fun experience!
- Rachel, Matthew’s sister, got married in San Diego! The wedding was absolutely beautiful and we had so much fun!
- Went on a glamping trip with Cynthia Vincent and Piperlime. We stayed at El Capitan in Santa Barbara and spent our time doing yoga, walks on the beach, making DIY headdresses, lounging in the tents and making s’mores and telling ghost stories around the campfire!
- Celebrated the new Gia collection of wines from Francis Ford Coppola during a rooftop party in West Hollywood. It was so cool to meet Gia and also see FFC himself! I just wanted to be like, “My Dad loves The Godfather!!” haha! Here are a couple other photos, including what I wore:
