That pop of red in Wednesday’s post has be wanting more of my favorite color. I definitely go through phases where I’ll wear a lot of red {easy to do around the holidays}, and other times where it might only be present in my lipstick hue, if that at all. Then I’ll slowly go back to adding in more red and want more and more. It’s totally predictable! I can’t stay away from the color red for too long, I guess. This reddish/orange skirt is so pretty and I knew it would make a classic striped tee totally shine. While I love a versatile striped top and jeans look, it’s nice to try a different type of bottom. I’ve been neglecting my mini skirts lately because it’s been so chilly but tights are totally an option with this outfit.

Happy Friday everyone!! I hope you’ve had a lovely week and are excited for the weekend ahead! Matthew and I are taking a trip down to San Diego to meet our new nephew and I can’t wait! Baby Jamie is adorable in all the photos and I need to hold him asap!!
