Who else is excited to be moving into spring? I’m always a big fan of the transition from winter to spring, when the weather is breezy and crisp, but not unbearably hot. Also, with festival season right around the corner, there’s an increase in bohemian and free-spirited pieces, from pretty bohemian blouses to vintage blue denim. One of my favorite styles is a classic jumpsuit because it keeps you comfortable during the day and into the night. Today I’m styling this chic denim jumpsuit from Old Navy with a feminine fringe cardigan for a feminine and boho-inspired festival outfit.

With festival season upon us, I’ve been thinking about how to style cute but versatile spring outfits. I love this jumpsuit because it’s incredibly comfortable. Plus, it’s a “one and done” outfit! You’ll spend less time getting ready and more time dancing to your favorite band!
I love layering with maxi cardigans during the spring because it’s an easy piece that you can throw on for a little extra visual interest. If it gets too hot, though, you can take it off and stow it in your bag. I like that this crocheted fringe cardigan gives a more romantic and feminine touch to this otherwise more utilitarian outfit. It softens it up a bit.
Since vintage blue denim makes me think of the 70s, I paired this outfit with a pair of platform sandals! Of course, for the daytime, you might need to throw on a pair of easy fringe sandals instead! Adding to the feminine nature of the cardigan, I added a saddle bag in a light pink color. I know I’ll get a lot of great use out of this bag. I already took it to an afternoon tea!
Are any of you heading to any music festivals this season? Do you have a go-to outfit you’re already planning? Make sure to check out Old Navy because they have some amazing pieces in their Indie Spirit Collection.
