I love this bell sleeve dress for spring! The bandana print adds a bohemian feel and it’s a great piece for spring days! If you need a dress that works from beach to brunch, this dress has your covered! I wore it in Hawaii as a cover up with my swimsuit and then added a few accessories, and a shoe change, for an afternoon meal. It was so hot while we were in Hawaii so our typical schedule was breakfast at 7:30am, beach 9-11:30, and then explore in the afternoon before dinner. It was perfect because we were able to get some beach and pool time in before it was too unbearably warm. The temperatures were in the mid 80s but it felt a lot warmer in the sun. Thank goodness for the cool tropical breezes, and the occasional island rain!

One funny thing about this outfit was that I accidentally wore it on the plane ride home. This would not be my typical airplane attire but we were rushing to return our rental car and I unfortunately wasn’t able to change. I’m grateful that these were at least wedges and not heels, but still, it wasn’t the most comfortable outfit for hustling across a busy airport!
If you followed along on our Hawaii trip, you know we had so much fun! It’s really nice to be home though! There’s nothing like sleeping in your own bed, and getting back to your regular routine. This weekend Matthew and I are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary with dinner downtown and I’m also participating in the Create & Cultivate conference. I’m a little nervous because I’m one of the mentors but I think it will be a lot of fun! And then there’s Mother’s Day on Sunday. Didn’t that came up fast? It will be a jampacked weekend that’s for sure! What do you all have planned?
