While I definitely fall head over heels for colorful outfits {exhibit A and B}, there’s something refreshing about clean, neutral colors. I styled a neutral spring outfit for a busy afternoon of meetings and I loved how put together I felt. This brown sleeveless trench is such a great layering piece and it looks so nice against the bright white tank. This silk tank is one of my favorites. The sweetheart neckline and lace detail give it a perfect feminine touch.

I hope you all are having a great week so far! Ours has seemed a little short over here because of the holiday on Monday. I’m definitely not complaining! It’s nice that the weekend doesn’t seem too far away.
This week I’ve started preparing the baby’s nursery and it’s been a lot of fun looking online for inspiration. I feel torn between a Moroccan neutral style room or something really fun and colorful. These are the same dilemmas I face with outfits I guess! I’m hoping to share some inspiration with you all in a few weeks, once I know which direction I’m heading towards!
