Every year around November and December I realize how lacking I am in the outerwear department. When you live in Southern California jackets can be unnecessary until all of a suddenly they aren’t. {Same goes with rainboots!} You’ll have one day that’s in the high 70s and the next it dips down and you’re freezing. {And I mean freezing for California standards; our winters aren’t brutal in the least!}
In an effort to get my jacket and coat game ready for winter, I’m rounding up the best fall outerwear. These are some of my faves, from a classic camel-colored peacoat, to a fun cape, to a feminine pink coat that would be perfect with holiday dresses. I’ve had my eye on this suede moto jacket too! I was thinking the brown would go with a ton but I also saw the red in person and it is so beautiful!
I’ve had this one gray coat that I wear every year {see it with this dress, and this jeans outfit}, proving that a gray coat, like this belted one, is extremely versatile. And a fuzzy coat is always a statement maker during the holidays. Plus, it keeps you so nice and cozy!
