Layering with a Cold Shoulder Dress

It seems like cold shoulder tops and dresses are spring 2017’s number 1 trend. Do you get that feeling too? I can see why, though. There is something effortless about a cold-shoulder, with the little peek of skin, and yet they’re more comfortable than an off-the-shoulder piece that you’re constantly adjusting. Something else I love about cold shoulder pieces is that they’re easy to layer with. Today I’m layering with a cold shoulder dress by adding on a green utility vest. This is one of my favorite spring must-haves because it goes with everything, like a jeans and sweater outfit!
